GOAL Scholarship
Apply your State of Georgia Taxes to Private School Education
- A change in Georgia tax law provides an opportunity to help children attend Fellowship Christian School who would never be able to without financial assistance.
- The new law (HB 1133) provides for the creation of student scholarship organizations (SSOs) that use Georgia income tax credit-eligible contributions to provide public school or kindergarten-entry students with the opportunity to attend private schools.
- You can redirect a portion of your Georgia income tax payments to provide financial aid assistance to incoming FCS students.
- Married couples filing jointly can make a contribution and receive a tax credit up to $2,500.
- Individuals can receive a tax credit of $1,000.
- Money that you contribute to GOAL is money you would have paid in Georgia taxes regardless.
- Your contribution to GOAL increases our ability to provide financial aid to incoming students, freeing our budgeted amount for returning students.
