| Coaching Philosophy: |
The goal of a coach should be to help players and fellow coaches surpass their potential. By focusing on the fine details rather than the final result, I have found athletes can excel in their positions which leads to significant results. As a student of athletics, I am constantly searching to gain knowledge in many different areas. I also understand that while I am the coach, it is equally important to learn from my players just as much as they learn from me. On the field, if all my players learn from me is how to block and tackle I will have failed in fulfilling my responsibility as a coach. I believe the correlation between life and sports allows for coaches to have a tremendous impact on the players' careers on the field and most importantly off the field. Do right and the little things will lead to big things. |
| Life Verse: |
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men. Colossians 3:23 |

| Coaching Philosophy: |
A good and successful Coach is one that gets his players to play at the best of their ability. The coach must instill in his players that there is no short cut to success. The only path to success is through hard work with enthusiasm. Among the things which a Coach must model and instruct players is commitment, work ethic, perseverance, discipline, and most importantly team work. In addition players should be instructed in the techniques of the game. Coaches and players should know that if they take care of the little things, the big things will take care of themselves. Attitude and heart are more important than size and ability. Coaches must make sure that the player is putting forth maximum effort on every rep. |
| Life Verse: |
Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor. Galations 6:6 |

| Life Verse: |
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 |
