Physical Education Curriculum

Sixth Grade through Eighth Grade

In keeping with the goal of educating the total student, the physical education department strives to encourage students’ respect for their physical bodies. To that end, middle school students gain skills and knowledge of a variety of sports. This exposure provides students with an understanding that enables them to fully enjoy and appreciate athletic competition. Additionally, students develop a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship through various activities. Finally, students will develop their physical bodies and foster intellectual, decisional, and creative growth in harmony with the overarching goal of Christian Education.
