How do I log in for the first time?

  • First you must provide the school with a valid email address.
  • Navigate to the RenWeb login page
  • Click the “Create a New ParentsWeb Account” button
  • Enter your email address and click Submit
  • RenWeb will send you an email with a password – This password will only be good for about 15 minutes before it expires
  • Get your new password from your email account and go back to the Fellowship login screen and enter your email address and new password

What are the issues if using Google Chrome, a Mac, or an iPad?

  • Google Chrome is not yet supported by RenWeb, so you will better off using a different browser.
  • Mac users may have some problems with the Safari browser that comes installed on your computer. Mozilla Firefox works perfectly. Go to the Firefox Free Download site at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ and download the Firefox browser on your Mac (this is a safe program)
  • When using an iPad, you can login, but you may not be able to see all information.

What if I forget my password?

Are there instructions for using RenWeb?

  • Yes, there is an instructional video
  • Just click the picture at the extreme lower left corner of the RenWeb screen after logging in.
