We will be fiercely competitive, but will do so with humility, sportsmanship, selflessness and high character. I want our teams to fight so hard that every time a team plays us they will know they will not only have to earn everything they get, but will understand we play with integrity and honor. I hope my teams learn to do their best in all things, and to put the team ahead of themselves. My goal is to make them the best basketball players and young men that they can be, and I want them to learn life lessons through our time together that can help prepare them for their life in the future.
