Employee Children at the Workplace

Fellowship makes every effort to provide a safe environment for everyone. Due to the openness of the campus, all children of employees are required to either be picked up at school dismissal time, attend the after-school care program, or remain in the employee’s classroom or office. Due to liability reasons, if an employee elects not to use the after-school care option or a study hall, children must remain in the employee’s classroom, be continually supervised, and not cause disruption to a professional work environment (employees may not bring children to school meetings).

During school staff meetings, all elementary school children must either be in the Before/After School Program or off campus.

The Fellowship Before/After School Program is available for employees’ children while completing job responsibilities for Fellowship, at no cost. If, for any reason (meetings, etc.), you expect to work longer than your normally scheduled hours, please communicate this to PAC. If you have signed up your child(ren) for care and they are not attending, or their schedule has changed, please email PAC Director, Lindsey Ashby.

Parents/guardians/siblings who are dropping off participating PAC students between 7:00-7:45am (Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri) and between 7:00-8:30am (Wed) must park and escort them into Gym 2 where they will sign them in.

• I acknowledge it is my responsibility to keep all records updated to reflect any changes to the PAC Director.

• I will pick up my child(ren) by the end of the work day (Approx 4:15pm).

• PAC personnel will inform me of any incident, including illness, injury, or exposure to communicable diseases, which may affect my child(ren).

• Parents of children who participate in the program are required to read the PAC Program Policies available on the website. PAC follows the behavior and discipline policies in the Fellowship Elementary policy guide. Yellow slips will be used to communicate with families.

• I will send a healthy (peanut free) snack and water bottle for my child(ren) on days they stay for afternoon PAC.

The Fellowship Before/After School Program is available for employees’ children while completing job responsibilities for Fellowship, at no cost.
During school staff meetings, all elementary school children must either be in the Before/After School Program or off campus. No elementary school children are to be left unsupervised when parents are in meetings or tending to school business. If not picked up at dismissal, middle school and high school students should make arrangements to attend the MS/HS study hall, attend organized school activities, or attend tutoring on a daily basis.
