Employee Children at the Workplace
Fellowship makes every effort to provide a safe environment for everyone. Due to the openness of the campus, all children of employees are required to either be picked up at school dismissal time, attend the after-school care program, or remain in the employee’s classroom or office. Due to liability reasons, if an employee elects not to use the after-school care option or a study hall, children must remain in the employee’s classroom, be continually supervised, and not cause disruption to a professional work environment (employees may not bring children to school meetings).
During school staff meetings, all elementary school children must either be in the Before/After School Program or off campus.
The Fellowship Before/After School Program is available for employees’ children while completing job responsibilities for Fellowship, at no cost. If, for any reason (meetings, etc.), you expect to work longer than your normally scheduled hours, please communicate this to PAC. If you have signed up your child(ren) for care and they are not attending, or their schedule has changed, please email PAC Director, Lindsey Ashby.
