Soccer Camp

Join Coach Trevers and the professional coaching staff as they lead Soccer Camps that will lead your youth into daily technical and tactical training sessions. Summer High School Math Packet 

Camp Director: Erin Sellers

Participants: Rising 9th - 12th Graders 

Summer Packets: Algebra 1, Geometry, Honors Geometry, Algebra 2, Honors Algebra 2, Precalculus, and DE Precalculus

We are excited to offer a High School Summer Packet Workshop for the first time. This workshop is designed for Fellowship students enrolled in Algebra 1, Geometry, Honors Geometry, Algebra 2, Honors Algebra 2, Precalculus, and DE Precalculus for the upcoming school year.

During the workshop, students will have the chance to work through their math summer packet, which is expected to be completed before the beginning of the school year. Additionally, the workshop will provide instruction on concepts students may have yet to master.

The workshop is a valuable opportunity for high school students to review and reinforce their math skills while completing their summer packet. Students will also gain confidence in their math abilities as they prepare for the upcoming school year.

 

The Kingdom Wrestling Clinic

Camp Director: Darryl Johnson

Dates: July 26-28

Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Location: Gym 1

Participants: Rising 6th -12th grade

Fee: $180

Fellowship Christian School varsity wrestling head coach Darryl Johnson gives campers the mechanics needed for success on the mat during this three-day camp.

Brandon Kingsley, a 4-time state champion of Apple Valley high school and collegiate wrestler from MN will be the featured clinician for a 3-day camp designed for rising 6th thru 12th grade wrestler to learn, build and develop technique in three areas.  Brandon is a master cradler and still holds the MN record for pins (50) in a season.  Day one will focus on Crossface Cradles, Cradle Rides and Leg Turks.  Day two will focus on Escaping from the bottom referee’s position and day three will focus on hand fighting defense, attacks, chain wrestling, and leg defense.  There will be an up-tempo drilling session followed by a hard wrestling session each day of camp.

Camp attire: Shorts, t-shirt, and wrestling shoes.  Headgear is optional and recommended

 

Tennis Camp

Camp Director: Michael Rand

Location: FCS Tennis Courts 

Participants: Rising 1st - 9th Graders

Fee: $200

Coach Rand is offering a tennis development camp to teach campers the fundamentals of the game of tennis. At camp, players will learn the basic strokes for tennis: forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves. We will work on footwork while we play individual and group games. We also help develop their current skills. Experienced, current varsity tennis players will be at camp to help provide an exciting, educational experience for young players who are passionate about tennis. We will not make-up a session due to inclement weather.

D'Art of Wars

Camp Director- Drew Lawes

Location: HS Stem Lab & HS Turf Field

Participants: Rising 3 - 6th Graders

Students will learn how different projectiles can be launched from blow guns and Nerf blasters as well as engage in different strategic games. Your kids will have a blast at Nerf Gun Camp!

*Bring a labeled water bottle, a nut free snack, and apply sunscreen and bug spray each day.

Running Club

Camp Director- Holly Quinn

Participants: Rising 3rd - 8th Grade Co-Ed

Fellowship Running Camp will be a full running experience where the foundations will be taught first and then we will explore the world of running and participate is centered around running and fitness. There will be an emphasis on running form, pacing, nutrition, cardio fitness, and how to glorify God in all we do. I will provide our campers with the tools that will help create a joyful, healthy, and successful lifelong relationship with running. Running camp will provide training, community, learning, and fun all wrapped into a quality week.

Camp Create

Learn to create beautiful origami, express yourself through art, and compete in exciting games with fellow campers from all over the world. But our summer camp isn't just about having fun; it's also about connecting with others and growing in our faith. We believe that Jesus is the same in every culture, and we strive to create an environment where campers can deepen their relationship with Him and learn how to live out their faith in a diverse world. Junior Paladin Cheer Camp

Camp Directors: Lisa & Molly Sullivan

Dates: June 12th - 16th

Location: HS Turf Field & Studio 86

Participants: Rising K - 3rd Graders

Fee: $165

Throughout the week, your cheerleaders will learn the basic techniques of cheerleading including jumps, cheers, and low level stunning skills. All stunting skills are entry level, stay low to the ground, and will be spotted by trained high school (and older) supervisors. Cheerleaders will be organized into smaller groups based on grade level. Our experienced high school and middle school assistants will lead these small groups. Cheerleaders will participate in camp activities both in these smaller groups, as well as all together in one large group (depending upon the activity), to ensure that each child gets the best and most individual instruction possible, and also has an opportunity to form closer bonds with new friends both in and outside of their grade. FCS Jr. Paladin Cheer Camp will also include fun games, playground time, and cheer-related crafts! On Friday, June 16th, 2023, friends and family are invited to a showcase of what your cheerleader has learned during the week. We will perform 3 cheers, jumps, our cheer dance, and one group stunt. We will provide a matching cheer camp t-shirt for them to wear on Friday, which is included in the camp fee.

Future Stars Basketball Camp

Participants: Rising 1st - 5th Grade Boys

Future Stars Basketball Camp is an exciting camp for boys going into grades 1st-5th. It is designed to teach kids the love of the game, as well as give them the fundamentals they will need in the future. We desire to help produce great basketball players, but also great teammates, leaders, and followers of Christ. They will be taught fundamentals during station time and group drills. These stations will cover shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, defense, and 1 on 1 moves. Each day campers will participate in fun competitions that involve skills they will learn throughout the week, and they will put their new skills into action in daily games. Campers will be given a devotion each day that will challenge them to be all that God has created them to be.

Summer Math Packet Workshop

Camp Director: Beth Cookston

Dates: Session 1- June 19th - 22nd
            Session 2- July 10th - 13th

Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Location: Rooms 2135 & 2133

Participants: Rising 6th - 8th Graders

This class will help students who attend Fellowship Christian School to review math concepts and skills. A time will be given to ask questions and help needed with the summer math packet.

 

Jr. Paladin Camp

           Session 2- July 10th - 14th

Time: 9:00am - 1:00pm 

Location: Gym 1, Gym 2, Baseball Fields, HS Turf Field, Tennis Court and Concession area.

Participants: Pre-K4 -Rising 6th Graders

Fee: $200

Come have some fun in the sun as we will offer a rotation each day through a variety of sports and games. Each day, we will explore the following sports- basketball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, football and baseball. We will also include kickball, medic, capture the flag and water play. Come ready to have a lot of fun!

Jr. Paladin After Camp

Dates: Session 1- June 19th - 23rd
           Session 2- July 10th - 14th

Time: 1:00am - 3:00pm 

Location: Gym 2

Participants: Pre-K4 -Rising 6th Graders

Fee: $105

Jr. Paladin After Camp will provide campers an opportunity to stay an extended amount of time and continue to take part in various activities, games and sports while also taking time to break and have a snack.

Future Stars Soccer Camp

Camp Director: Brad Welty

Location: HS Turf & Gym 1

Participants: Rising 1st - 5th Graders

At Future Stars Soccer Camp your child will learn the game of soccer in an exciting and fun atmosphere. This camp is designed to help campers develop the fundamental skills necessary to help them improve as soccer players. Our goal is to ensure each camper gets plenty of touches on the ball, learns individual and team skills, and then can take those skills into small sided game play. We also want to teach each camper how to use their gifts for God, and will discuss that in daily devotions. A typical day will consist of skill stations to focus on ball control, passing, shooting and defense; and will end in game play where players can practice skills talked about during the day.

Summer Book Club

Camp Director - Susan Booker

Come and join the summer book club with Miss Booker. We are excited to uncover a special story together. We will incorporate drama, crafts, and connections as we build comprehension and fluency. This class will be lots of fun.

Princess Camp

Camp Director: Sarah Nudleman

Location: Gym 1 & ES Art Room

Participants: Rising K - 5th Grade Girls

Fee: $225

For the "first time in forever", Fellowship Christian School will be hosting our very own Princess Camp. Come dressed in your favorite princess outfit each day, as well "bibbidi, bobbidi boo" through the Bible. Theme days include: Princess Tiana's Cooking Class, Belle's Tea Party, Ariel's Under the Sea Water Day, and Anna and Elsa's Frozen Day. Come "be our guests"!

Baseball Camp

Dates: June 26th - 30th

Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm: Participants - 3rd - 5th Graders
Time: 1:00pm - 3:00pm: Participants- 6th - 8th Graders

Location: Winchester Field

Participants: Rising 3rd - 5th Grade Boys

The Fellowship Baseball youth baseball camp led by experienced coached and current/former players provides an immersive and educational experience for young players who are passionate about the game. The camp offers a supportive environment for players to develop their skills, make new friends, and build their love for baseball.

Basketball Girls Camp

Camp Director: Kimberly Nelson & Ceasar Brown

Dates: July 17th - 20th

Time: 8:30am - 12:30am

Location: Gym 2

Participants: 3rd - 8th Graders

Fee: $180

Basketball Girls Camp for rising 3rd-rising 8th graders will cover basketball skills and drills and also will have some fun basketball games. We will have fun competitions each day and also focus on developing each girls basketball game.

Bio- Coach Ceasar Brown is the varsity girls' head basketball coach and is now going into his 5th year coaching at the school. Prior to coaching at Fellowship, Brown coached in the Roswell and Alpharetta communities where he has coached boys' and girls' AAU basketball. Coach Brown is a graduate of and played basketball for 4 years at the University of North Georgia before playing 2 seasons professionally in the Philippines. Brown is the father of girl/boy twins who are rising sophomores at Fellowship Christian School.

Bio- Coach Kimberly Nelson is the 8th grade girls' head basketball coach at Fellowship and is going into her 5th year coaching at the school. Coach Nelson and her 6th/7th grade girls' won the Metro 10 basketball championship in 2019. Coach Nelson has been involved with basketball her entire life including her time as a collegiate player at Georgia State University. Nelson is the mother of rising 8th and 6th grade boys who are students at Fellowship Christian School.
