Spiritual Life

Faith Formation serves as the core essence that distinguishes Fellowship Christian School. Our programs are meticulously crafted to immerse students in a Christ-centered environment, offering them profound encounters with sound teachings, inspiring worship experiences, and practical applications for their lives.

In the spirit of Psalm 34, where David encourages us to "taste and see that the Lord is good," we hold the conviction that each instance our students engage with the teachings of Jesus, they are granted yet another opportunity for the Holy Spirit to fortify and nurture their faith. To this end, we host age-appropriate weekly Chapel gatherings, held every Wednesday within each school division. These gatherings feature a thoughtfully curated blend of large and small group biblical teachings to cater to diverse needs.

Beyond our weekly Chapel meetings, each division allocates dedicated time throughout the year to foster spiritual growth. Our Elementary School students partake in Winterfest, a two-day in-school retreat, while Middle School and High School students embark on transformative overnight spiritual retreats at Middle School Camp Woodlands and High School SharpTop Cove, respectively. Our fervent hope is that every student, through their journey at Fellowship, draws nearer to Jesus, empowered by the transformative experiences they encounter.

I will praise You because I have been remarkably and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, and I know this very well. Psalm 139:14

Chapels

Weekly chapels provide our students with a unique platform to actively express their faith. This dedicated time, infused praise, worship, and profound devotion, is guided by both internal and external speakers and bands. Attendance at chapel is not merely encouraged; it is a cherished requirement that underscores our commitment to nurturing spiritual growth. We also extend a warm welcome to parents, inviting them to join in the enriching chapel experience, fostering a sense of unity within our school community.

High School Retreat

Each year, our High School students embark on an invigorating fall retreat, marking the commencement of a new school year. Students go overnight to Sharptop Cove in Jasper, GA, where they partake in a profound experience of community building, exhilarating fun, and a deepening connection to their spiritual walk with Jesus.

Our Middle School retreat is a distinctive and enriching encounter, encompassing worship, inspirational speaker sessions, team-building activities, recreational fun, exciting water adventures, and an array of unforgettable experiences. This transformative event takes place at the picturesque Camp Woodlands, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Cleveland, GA.

Elementary School Retreat

Our Elementary School in-school retreat unfolds over two days, offering a dynamic blend of enjoyment, meaningful service projects, profound growth in their relationship with Jesus, and dedicated moments of worship.
