For the 10th consecutive year, the Fellowship Christian School baseball program has earned the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Team Academic Excellence Award for its team 3.57 GPA during the 2025-26 school year.

Shawn Oliver has guided the Paladins to a 209-89 record over his first 10 seasons as head coach at Fellowship. Oliver’s Paladin teams have qualified for the state playoffs the last eight seasons, including consecutive trips to the GHSA Class AA Baseball Championships in 2023 and 2024.

”I am so fortunate to lead men who understand that dominating the classroom is not separate from competing on the field,” Oliver said. “It is the foundation of it. These guys are rockstars.”

FCS has advanced to the state playoff Final 4 for three straight seasons from 2021-23. Oliver has been named Region Coach of the Year four times (2018, 2021, 2022 and 2023).

In 2026, the Paladins posted a 24-11 record, including a 12-1 Region mark.
