Several FCS Volleyball Athletes Participate in National Events 

It has been a very busy summer for several members of the Fellowship Christian School volleyball team.

A group of volleyball players competed in “two sets of nationals” with their club teams this summer, FCS Director of Volleyball and Varsity Volleyball Head Coach Carissa Calderone reported.

“They’re both a big deal,” she said. “They are both considered nationals.”

As the Fellowship varsity and JV programs prepare for the upcoming scholastic season, Calderone reflected on the players’ successes in a recent interview.

“As we prepare for another exciting volleyball season, we first want to pause and celebrate God’s faithfulness and the incredible accomplishments of our Paladin volleyball players this summer,” she said. “Across the country, our athletes competed at the highest levels of club volleyball, representing their teams with excellence, humility, perseverance, and character. Whether they earned top national finishes, battled through tough competition, or simply gave their very best each time they stepped on the court, they reflected what it means to compete with purpose and honor God through their gifts.”
