Lou Corsetti, Director of Boys Lacrosse
Years in Coaching: Enters 2024-25 school year with 50 years experience as a player or coach.
Family: Corsetti and his wife, Mary Jo, have been married for more than 37 years and have a daughter Caitlin Leigh. Their son Gordon James passed away. Couple attends Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church and St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Career awards, accomplishments and highlights: Guided Paladins to Sweet 16 of GHSA Class A-5A Boys Lacrosse Championships in 2021. Joined FCS on Nov. 30, 2019. Member of Georgia Lacrosse Hall of Fame (2011). Performed many roles as an ambassador for sport of lacrosse at both local and national levels. Has been part of U.S. Lacrosse since it was established as the "The National Governing Body" for lacrosse. Served in various roles within organization, whose mission is to provide national leadership, structure, and resources to fuel the sport's growth and enrich the experience of participants. Since coming to Georgia, has helped develop and grow lacrosse programs at Pace Academy, Marist School and Riverwood High School. During career has coached 41 All-Americans, 18 Academic All-Americans, and more than 180 All-State players in New York and Georgia. Has also coached several All-Star teams, including the first one to participate in the Georgia Games. Native of West Babylon, N.Y. Had successful lacrosse career at Marist College, a NCAA Division I program in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Four-time All-League attackman. Set many scoring records for Red Foxes, finishing third in the nation in scoring in 1981 and fourth in 1982. Multi-sport athlete in college (member of Marist football team). Three-time All-League selection.

Years in teaching coaching: Enters 2024-25 season with 10 years in coaching, including eight at FCS. Also serves as defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach for the varsity football team.

Family: Married to Alexandra Robertson.
Career awards, accomplishments and highlights: Leads FCS' strength training and sports performance program. Spent three years as graduate assistant coach in college. Also serves as assistant football coach for varsity and JV. Named to All conference Defensive Team at Birmingham Southern in 2011 and 2012. Played on BSC's Conference Championship team in 2012. Was part of Reinhardt University's All Conference coaching staff in 2013.
