Championship Match Will Not be Played
Paladins to Share Metro 10 League Championship with The Mount Vernon School
Due to scheduling delays for the Metro 10 League Championship game, the league’s board has ruled that Fellowship Christian School and The Mount Vernon School will share the championship this year.The board has ruled that the game should have been played April 26, and that the proposed date of May 9 was too late and would draw the season out too long.
The Paladins captured the 2024 championship and finished with a 14-0 record (a school record) and won the title in 2023 with a 12-0-1 record.
This year’s club finished with a 7-2-1 overall record.
